Baldwin Centre, 14 Level Office Building - Wellington

This project involved internal alterations to 5 levels of the 14 storey building. IFE provided fire engineering design services to Workspace Vision. IFE prepared a fire safety report and drawings suitable for Building Consent purposes and provided fire engineering advice to the design team.

Presbyterian Support Services - Aged Care Facility, Wellington

This project involved alterations to existing buildings for compliance with current Building Code requirements. IFE provided fire engineering design services to PACE Consulting regarding fire stopping of services penetrations through fire separations.
